After a fourth straight Cy-Hawk victory and a second straight home game against the Clones that saw your Hawkeyes give up a mere field goal, Brian and Zach are more than happy to heap praise on the defensive side of the ball; the offense is going to have to pick it up against FCS Northern Iowa this week to get itself back into the “second down” discussion. Your 2018 Hawks are 1-0 with the Iowa State Cyclones the only thing standing between them and a 2-0 start.
